Dolly Parton's Imagination Library Committee of Ross County has partnered with the Ohio University- Chillicothe, The Chillicothe Ross County Public Library, the United Way of Ross County and McDonald's to host the Happy Camper Literacy Family Fun Night on April 27, 2017 at the OU-C Child Development Center from 6-7:30pm.
The fun starts at 6:00pm and features a storytime by Ronald McDonald, fun games, camping crafts, s'mores and a free book for every child! The Ohio University-Chillicothe Child Development Center will also host a Scholastic Book Fair- a buy one, get one free book fair- during the evening event.
Although this free event's focus is on children between the ages of 3-6 years old, siblings of all ages are also welcome to attend.
