“Gold Rush” to benefit United Way

Local restaurant and band boost campaign kickoff

Chillicothe, OH (October 11, 2007) Area residents can enjoy a good meal and good music by a popular local band, while supporting the launch of this year’s United Way Community Campaign.

Dakota’s “Gold Rush” Fundraiser will donate 15% per check for individuals or groups who present a “Gold Nugget Invitation” at Dakota’s Roadhouse on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, October 16-18.  On Thursday, “Good-Bye, Rose” will perform on the patio, beginning at 7 p.m.

“Bringing family and friends together for a meal is great way to kick off our campaign,” says Bob Gallagher, United Way Campaign chairman. “ We especially appreciate this community support from the restaurant and the musicians.”
