With the price of groceries and rent rising throughout the United States, some might struggle to make ends meet. But are there multiple resources throughout Ross County that can help those in need. 

Ross County Community Action:

This nonprofit hosts a series of recourses including Head Start and Early Head Start Program, Home Energy Assistance Program, Weatherization programs and a food program.

The Ross County Community Action also has recovery support programs and housing and shelter programs.

Good Samaritan Food Pantry:

The Good Samaritan Food Pantry offers food services for those in Ross County with a food voucher. Vouchers can be found at many churches in Ross County, Community Action, Jobs and Family Services, and the Red Cross are all referring agencies.

Those looking for help have to be 200% or under the poverty line and have to be a resident of Ross County. Good Samaritan offers at least five days of food, once a month for those in need.

United Way of Ross County:

The mission of United Way of Ross County is to assemble resources to help and strengthen to community. The organization focuses on education, income and health by engaging with local people and organization.

This program offers help to the working class who are 'having trouble making ends meet', as its website says. The Assistance House of Ross County helps with rent and utility assistance, as well as a back-to-work program, a school program, help with eyeglasses and diapers and wipes.
