Viren D'Souza brings a strong spirit of leadership and community service to his role as a Board Trustee for United Way of Ross County. Deeply rooted in civic engagement, Viren is actively involved in several local organizations, including the Ross County NAACP and Ionic Lodge #6 F&AM, MWPHGLOH.

Professionally, he serves as the Operations Manager for the Chillicothe Transit System, where he oversees daily operations and contributes to the accessibility and efficiency of public transportation throughout the region.

Thomas Peterson serves as the Facilities Management Department Manager for Fluor-BWXT Portsmouth LLC in Piketon, Ohio. A dedicated public servant and community advocate, Thomas brings valuable leadership and strategic insight to the United Way of Ross County Board of Trustees.

Dr. Greg Obi serves as Vice Chairman of the United Way of Ross County Board of Trustees and is an Associate Professor of Management at the Ohio University College of Business. With a strong academic background and a deep commitment to community development, Dr. Obi brings both strategic insight and heartfelt dedication to the mission of United Way.
